1 Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") govern your access to and use of the a786 platform, accessible at https://a786.cam and all associated pages, services and features (collectively, the "Platform"). The Platform is operated by a786 ("we", "us", "our", "the Operator").

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", "your") and a786. By registering an account, accessing any part of the Platform, placing a bet, participating in any promotion or using any service offered on or through the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform. a786 reserves the right to modify, update or replace any part of these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following publication of updated Terms constitutes acceptance of those changes.

2 Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

3 Account Eligibility

To register and maintain an Account on the Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility conditions at the time of registration and throughout the duration of your Account:

• You must be at least 18 years of age, or such higher minimum age as required by the Operator's licensing jurisdiction or applicable local law, whichever is greater.
• You must be a natural person with full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract in your jurisdiction.
• You must not be a resident or citizen of a Restricted Jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be a current or former employee, contractor or representative of a786 or any of its associated entities, nor an immediate family member of such a person.
• You must not have a pre-existing Account on the Platform. The creation of duplicate or multiple Accounts is strictly prohibited. Each User is permitted to maintain one Account only.
• You must not be self-excluded from the Platform or from gambling services generally pursuant to any self-exclusion program.

a786 expressly does not represent or warrant that use of the Platform is lawful in any particular jurisdiction. Users located in Pakistan are reminded that gambling restrictions exist under the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977 and related legislation. It is the User's sole responsibility to seek independent legal advice regarding the lawfulness of their participation.

4 Account Registration

To access the Services, you must complete the registration process by providing accurate, complete and current information as requested. You agree to maintain and promptly update your Account information to ensure it remains accurate and complete at all times.

The following requirements apply to Account registration and maintenance:

• Accurate Information: All information submitted during registration must be truthful and accurate. Providing false, misleading or incomplete information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
• One Account Per User: Each individual, household and IP address is permitted one Account only. The Operator reserves the right to close duplicate Accounts and void associated transactions.
• Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. You agree to notify a786 immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your Account.
• Identity Verification (KYC): The Operator may request identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to: a valid Pakistani CNIC or passport; a recent proof of address (e.g., a utility bill or bank statement no older than three months); and a selfie or liveness check as directed. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in Account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals.

5 Terms of Use

By using the Platform, you agree to use the Services solely for lawful, personal and non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms and all applicable laws. You acknowledge and accept that:

• Gambling involves risk, and you may lose all funds deposited to your Account. Past outcomes do not predict or guarantee future results.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.
• All funds deposited to your Account are free from criminal activity and do not derive from any illegal source.
• You will not use the Platform in connection with any form of money laundering, fraud, collusion, match-fixing, or any other dishonest or illegal activity.
• You will not use any automated scripts, bots, data-mining tools or any other technological means to access, scrape or interact with the Platform without express written permission from a786.
• You will not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble or otherwise tamper with any software, algorithm or system underlying the Platform.

6 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the Platform are subject to the following general provisions. Specific minimum and maximum transaction limits, processing times and eligible payment methods are published in the Platform's payment information section and may be updated from time to time.

6.1 Deposits

• A minimum deposit threshold applies to all accounts. Illustrative example: PKR 1,000 minimum deposit. Actual thresholds are subject to the Operator's current payment terms.
• Deposits must be made from a payment method registered in the User's own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
• Payment method names such as Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah are referenced as familiar Pakistan payment brands. Their inclusion as contextual references does not constitute endorsement of, affiliation with, or support for the Platform by those providers.
• Cryptocurrency deposits in BTC and USDT may be accepted subject to prevailing Platform terms. Cryptocurrency valuations are subject to market volatility.

6.2 Withdrawals

• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for deposit, unless otherwise approved by the Operator's compliance team.
• All withdrawal requests are subject to the completion of KYC verification prior to release of funds.
• The Operator reserves the right to apply additional verification checks on withdrawal requests above specified thresholds.
• Processing times for withdrawals vary by payment method and are subject to the Operator's standard processing schedule.
• Bonus Funds are not withdrawable until the applicable Wagering Requirement has been satisfied in full.

7 Bonuses & Promotions

a786 may offer promotional bonuses, welcome offers, reload bonuses, free bets, cashback promotions and VIP program benefits from time to time. All promotions are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any promotion-specific terms published alongside the relevant offer.

• Illustrative Nature: Any bonus amounts, percentages or PKR values quoted on the Platform (e.g., "up to PKR 25,000 Welcome Offer") are illustrative examples unless expressly confirmed as live promotions. Live promotion terms are published on the relevant promotion page.
• Wagering Requirements: Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements before they become withdrawable. The applicable multiplier (e.g., 25x, 30x, 35x) is stated in the relevant promotion terms.
• One Bonus Per User: Only one welcome bonus is available per User, household, IP address and payment method. Attempts to claim welcome bonuses multiple times constitute abuse and may result in Account closure.
• Eligible Markets: Certain promotions are restricted to specific game categories (e.g., cricket betting, PSL T20 markets, slots) or minimum odds thresholds. Ineligible bets do not contribute to Wagering Requirement fulfilment.
• Expiry: All bonuses carry an expiry window (e.g., 7 days, 10 days, 14 days) from the date of credit. Unfulfilled Wagering Requirements within the expiry window will result in forfeiture of Bonus Funds and associated winnings.
• Abuse and Collusion: The Operator reserves the right to void bonus awards and withhold associated winnings if it determines, at its reasonable discretion, that a User has engaged in bonus abuse, collusion, arbitrage betting or any activity intended to exploit promotional terms.

8 Betting & Gaming Rules

The following general rules apply to all betting and gaming activities conducted through the Platform. Sport-specific and game-specific rules may be published separately within the relevant product section.

• Bet Acceptance: The Operator reserves the right to refuse, limit or void any bet at its sole discretion, including bets placed after a sports event has commenced or in circumstances where the Operator suspects irregular activity.
• Odds Errors: In the event of a manifest error in the publication of odds, lines or game outcomes, the Operator reserves the right to void the affected bets and return stakes to the User's Account.
• Results and Settlements: Bet settlements are based on the official result as declared by the relevant governing body (e.g., the Pakistan Cricket Board for domestic cricket, the International Cricket Council for ICC events). In the absence of an official result, the Operator's determination is final.
• Live Betting: Bets accepted during live events (in-play betting) are subject to real-time odds changes. The Operator does not guarantee the continuous availability of live betting markets.
• Maximum Payout Limits: Maximum single-bet and total daily payout limits may apply. These limits are published in the Platform's betting rules section and are subject to revision.

9 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of funds and, where applicable, referral to law enforcement:

• Registration while under the minimum eligible age;
• Creation of multiple Accounts or use of another person's Account;
• Providing false, incomplete or misleading information at any stage;
• Engaging in match-fixing, spot-fixing or any form of sporting fraud;
• Using the Platform in connection with money laundering or any activity contrary to applicable AML legislation;
• Exploiting software errors, glitches or vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage;
• Using bots, automated scripts or artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with the Platform;
• Engaging in collusion with other Users to manipulate game or bet outcomes;
• Accessing the Platform from a Restricted Jurisdiction where such access is prohibited by law;
• Any form of harassment, abuse or threatening communication directed at Platform staff or other users.

10 Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, data compilations and software, is the property of a786 or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right, title or interest in the Platform's intellectual property beyond the limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Services for personal, non-commercial purposes.

You must not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of the Platform, its content or Services without express written authorisation from a786.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, a786 and its officers, directors, employees, agents and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, computer damage or system failure arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform or the Services.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. a786 makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, completeness, reliability, suitability or availability of the Platform or any information contained on the Platform. Any reliance you place on such information is strictly at your own risk.

12 Responsible Gambling

a786 is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices. We provide a range of tools to help Users maintain control over their gambling activity. These tools include, but are not limited to:

• Deposit Limits: Users may set daily, weekly or monthly deposit caps to control their maximum spend.
• Session Time Limits: Users may configure session duration alerts to manage their playing time.
• Loss Limits: Users may set maximum loss thresholds over a defined period.
• Self-Exclusion: Users may request temporary or permanent self-exclusion from the Platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed promptly and during any self-exclusion period, the User's Account will be suspended and marketing communications will cease.
• Reality Checks: Periodic notifications informing Users of how long they have been playing and their net result during that session.

13 Account Suspension & Termination

a786 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close a User's Account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Provision of false, inaccurate or fraudulent information;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the requested timeframe;
• Suspected or confirmed involvement in fraud, money laundering or criminal activity;
• Conduct that is harmful to the integrity of the Platform or other Users;
• Instruction from a regulatory, law enforcement or judicial authority;
• User request for voluntary self-exclusion or Account closure.

Upon Account closure, any Bonus Funds and associated winnings that remain subject to unsatisfied Wagering Requirements will be forfeited. Real-money funds may be returned to the User subject to the completion of all required verification and compliance checks.

14 Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Operator's licensing jurisdiction. Users agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction for the resolution of any dispute.

Where a dispute relates to the settlement of a bet or the outcome of a game, the Operator's decision — made in accordance with the applicable game or sports rules — shall be final and binding, subject to the formal dispute resolution process described below.

Dispute Resolution Process: If you believe a bet or transaction has been incorrectly settled, you must submit a written complaint to [email protected] within thirty (30) days of the disputed settlement date. Complaints submitted after this period may not be considered. We aim to acknowledge all complaints within two (2) business days and to resolve them within ten (10) business days of receipt.

15 Amendments

a786 reserves the right to modify, amend or replace these Terms at any time. Where amendments are material, we will endeavour to provide advance notice via a prominent notice on the Platform or by email to the registered address associated with your Account.

Your continued use of the Platform following publication of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and request Account closure.

The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects the date on which the most recent version of these Terms became effective. We recommend reviewing these Terms periodically.
